Our Story
FoneTech started from a simple belief: people deserve a local repair shop that fixes things quickly, charges fairly and doesn’t push them towards buying something new. Our Redditch shop carries that on. From our unit on Evesham Walk, we look after phones, tablets and laptops for customers from Headless Cross to Studley, and we’ve kept the process personal while it has grown.
FoneTech began as an independent repair business with one aim: fix devices quickly, fairly and properly. We wanted people to have a real alternative to replacing tech that could be saved, and to make getting a repair feel easy rather than stressful.
As phones became more complex, so did our work. We moved on from simple screen swaps to board repairs, liquid damage recovery and micro-soldering, investing in better tools with every new generation of devices.
We began by repairing phones, and then customers started bringing everything else. So we expanded. Today we also repair laptops, tablets, smartwatches and games consoles from all the major brands, with the same bench, the same care and the same straight pricing, just across more devices.
