Once you've approved the price, we start the unlock through the right route for your network and model.
When it's done, we'll confirm by text or email with simple instructions for putting in your new SIM.
Locked to EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, Virgin Mobile, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile or giffgaff? Contract or pay-as-you-go, we can usually free it. Networks here stopped selling locked handsets in December 2021, yet plenty of older phones, and many bought overseas, still only take one SIM.
Freeing it up tends to raise its value if you later sell or trade it in, and on holiday you can pop in a local SIM rather than pay roaming fees.
